17 NEW COMCAST CABLE AGREEMENT PROPOSAL INFORMATION Over 81% of VCA Unit Owners subscribe to Comcast Internet Service (Comcast Statistic for VCA) at their own personal expense, billed directly to Unit Owners by Comcast. The $62.50 proposal includes Internet Service thereby eliminating the monthly fee Unit Owners are now paying for Internet Service. Pricing varies depending upon what speeds Unit Owners signed on for at their own personal expense. 14% (or 90 VCA Unit Owners) avail themselves of Comcast's Seasonal Plan. Included in the $62.50 proposal is an X1 HD DVR Box allowing users to record programs (over 120+ channels) and the ability to play back those recorded programs on that box plus one additional X1 HD companion box anywhere in their home. Also included is 1 HD DTA (Digital Television Adapter) for use on another TV. A Wireless Gateway (Router) for the Internet Service is also included. The $34.00 proposal does not include Internet Service hence no wireless gateway. This offer includes one full digital HD set top box for receiving over 120+ channels. (See channel listings pages) and 2 HD DTA s are also included. If the $34.00 proposal is accepted by the Board Unit Owners will have the option to lease an X1 HD DVR Box at the prevailing promotion rate at that time at their own personal expense.
