10 T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S 1. Earnest Money/Bid Security: The Bidder shall furnish 2% earnest money (total value of the quoted price). The bid security shall be in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order in the favor of the Director, Regional Meteorological Center, Western Bypass, Brewery Road, Quetta. The Bid Security of Unsuccessful bidders will be returned as promptly as possible 2. Sealing & Marking the Bids: The Envelopes shall; a. Be addressed to the Buyer at the following address; The Director, Pakistan Meteorological Department, Regional Meteorological Center, Western Bypass, Brewery Road, Quetta. b. Bear the following identifications: i. Bid for the Supply of ii. Bid Reference Number iii. Do Not Open Before (time and date for the bid opening) 3. Deadline for the submission of offers: Quotation should reach on or before 11/09/2018, which will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PST in the presence of Bidder s Representatives. 4. Only Technically accepted Quotation / offer would be considered. 5. Incomplete or late received Quotation / offer will not be considered. 6. Quotations should be submitted on F.O.R. Quetta Basis inclusive of all taxes. 7. Only those individuals or firms may submit quotations that can supply stores on time and spot to this Department and who have the facility of telephone and transport. 8. The buyer will have the right to increase or decrease the quantity subject to availability of budget. 9. Price shall remain valid for a period of at least 90 days after the date of opening of tender. 10. Delivery Period: Within 30 days, failing which 10% penalty will be imposed. 11. Submission of any false statement / Document including concealing of information will likely to disqualify the bidder 12.
