2 You will welcome a team of 7 to 8 people: 5 musicians 1 FOH engineer 1 tour manager 1 person from production (to be confirmed on each gig) Here you ll find all the general conditions so that our work and show happens in the best possible conditions. If you have any problem, please don t hesitate to talk about it to the tour manager in advance, a solution can almost always be found. TRANSPORTS: The logistic will be assured by the Producer. If they are at the charge of the Promoter, we ll have to refer to the tour manager Please note that the band is touring with a 9pl + backline bus with height of 2m90 In case where the group travel by train or plane (to confirm individually), thank you for planning a runner to transport the team between the station / airport, the venue and the hotel.thank you for providing a vehicle which can transport the whole team, and with a sufficient hold to accommodate luggage and backline of the band. ACCES & PARKING The promoter should provide the precise address of the venue and the hotel. If the address couldn t be found in a GPS, please provide all the necessary information (access plans) so that the touring party could arrive without problems. A secured parking space should be provided the closest possible to the venue. 3 BACKSTAGE & DRESSING ROOMS The dressing room should be big enough for 7 persons It should be climatised according to the season and have power plugs, trach bin, ashtrays, mirrors, tables, chairs and sofas. Please provide 8 towels (not new, washed at least 1 time) and 24 bottles of still mineral water for the stage. The keys of the dressing rooms must be delivered by the promoter to the tour manager at get in. No entry for unauthorized persons (audience and staff) during the whole day. If toilets & shower are separated, they will be at the only use of artists. Stage and dressing room will be linked, enlightened and covered path with solid floor. The promoter will make sure that LA CARAVANE PASSE will never have to cross the audience to reach the stage. 4 DINNER Hot and complete dinner for 7 to 8 persons: salads, main dish (fish, chicken, meat) well cooked with vegetables, rice and sauce and dessert (ice- cream, chocolate cakes...) with drinks and wine. If the band arrives before 14h, please provide 7 to 8 lunches. Good Quality is required. - 2 dinners without Red Meat - 1 without Corn and without soya HOTEL Please provide 7 or 8 SINGLE rooms, in a 3*** hotel minimum with WIFI access All the Formula 1, and the low cost hotels and hostels are not accepted If you have any problems, please talk to us as soon as possible All the breakfast would be provided The hotel should be close to the venue (10 kilometers maximum) and in city center. One secured parking space should be available (Attention, height 2m90) If this is not possible, a solution should be found. The material should be locked in the venue during the night and should be collected by the band at any time. SECURITY Upon arrival at the venue, all the personal belongings as well as the instruments and equipment are under the responsability of the Promoter, even if they are stolen or broken. The security agents should be courteous with the public. 5 Sound Specs. P.A: The sound System should be 3 Ways Activ, adapted to the room s need in power and coverage, with separate sub lows and delayed sources in case of long distances or balconies. We highly prefer Line Array technology when possible: EAW / heil acoustics, Meyer, Adamson. The system should be flown whenever it is possible. Each stack should be controlled with dedicated 1/3 octav EQ and delay ( XTA DP 226 or equivalent + 31 bands eq) HOUSE CONTROL: - 1 mixing desk 32 inputs, VCA with 4 band parametric EQ / channel.
