Operation instructions: RGB LED Neon Working With Controllers: 1. Color changing mode: 7 colors changing in sequence from left to right (including B, RG, GB, and RGB 7colors) 2. Color chasing mode: 7 colors running in sequence from left to right (including B, RG, GB, and RGB 7colors) 3. Full color changing (slow fade/slow glow and skip) (including B, RG, GB, RGB 7 colors); 4. Multi section color changing, chasing or skipping; 5. Controller can be programmed according to customer s specific requirement and to replace the functions of glass neon.

3 Usage instruction Installation The LED neon installation requires planning to ensure timely, successful installation with minimal complications and down time. Suggestion Consult an Electrical Inspector to review all wiring plans. Create a Layout Plan drawing, per a Lighting Designer's or Architect's recommendation. Consult Easeking Electric Application Engineering Services as needed. Cutting your Neon light Cut your Neon light to your desired length for any application. Neon lights are able to cut in specific intervals only. These vary depending on the number of wires your neon light contains. For example, the red neon light is cut in 100cm intervals under 220VAC. A careful examination of the exterior of the neon light casing will reveal tiny scissor icons. These icons mark the increment where it is safe to cut your neon light. First, calculate the interval that will work for your application. For our Neon light example with a cutting interval of 100cm under 220VAC, this can be done by taking the number of meter you need. If you have an even number you have a even interval of 100cm and you can simply count the intervals or measure the desired number of meter and cut at the scissor icon. If you do not have an even number you will need to choose the next closest interval and cut appropriately. To cut, use our neon light cutter tool or a pair of scissors to snip the Neon lighting at the You are now ready to attach a power cord, End cap, specified mark. B1: Push the flat side of the pin connector into the power connector and make sure the pins fit into the slot. 2. Waterproof treatment before connecting power connector to LED neon. A2: Squeeze the clear silicon glue on gap between the metal pin and led neon flex, Push the LED neon with male pin connector into the slot of the power connector. B2: Hot the Connect parts by Air Blower. C2: Squeeze the clear silicon glue into the extra space of the slot to full. D2: Hot the heat shrinks by Air Blower. B3: Use shrink tube to heat and tighten the connecting place. 6 Fix the Neon Light 1. Aluminum & PVC Mounting Track Can be used for a more professional look which will support an entire run of neon light giving you the straightest run possible. Use a good adhesive or screws to mount the track and then simply push the neon lighting into the track. We could provide the 100cm or 5cm aluminum channel for choice. 7 FAQ's For complete neon light installation instructions click here. How easy is it to work with neon lighting? Very easy - Simply cut the neon light at one of the marked intervals with a pair of scissors. For the 120/220-volt version, a power cord and power connector is used at one end of the neon light so that it may be to plugged into any standard household outlet. The 12-volt and 24-volt versions are essentially the same, but utilize low-voltage bulbs and a hard wired cord. 12-volt or 24-volt must be hooked up to the appropriate power source. In all instances and end cap terminates each run. NOTE: Always ensure that you have power turned off before cutting. How will I know where I can cut the neon light? On every piece of neon light, there are tiny marks or scissor icons indicating the interval where it is safe to cut. For 120/220 Volt neon light, these marks are every 2 meter. NOTE: Cutting a neon light at another length other than the marked interval will cause the neon light to fail. Can the neon light be used outdoors? Yes, our neon lights can be used indoors or outdoors including applications such as architectural accent, indirect lighting, on stairs, stair rails, windows, stages, exhibits, displays, night clubs, pools, spas, patio areas, in landscapes, and much more. When used outdoors under heavy use or in damp areas, we recommend the use of our neon light glue or another silicon based sealant. Is flexible neon light waterproof? Yes, neon light is generally waterproof if installed correctly. However, it is not recommended that they be submerged. Neon lights are vulnerable to water seepage at their connections when they are continuously exposed to water and may pose a risk if used under water. Extreme caution should be used when dealing with 120/220 volt electricity under water. How do I mount neon lighting? Mounting neon lights by aluminum channel. How many mounting clips should I buy? Mounting clips are fairly inexpensive. It depends on your application, but we generally recommend one per meter of neon light or more in sections that have a sharp bend. Can I form a sharp bend with flexible neon light? No, you cannot have a sharp or a crimped bend. While neon lighting is flexible to nearly 180 degrees, you must maintain a small radius on your bend. Your max bend should be short 12.5mm What type of accessories do I need? For the majority of connections, you will need a power cord, a power connector, and an end cap to make one complete run. Enough FREE accessories are included to make 1 separate runs with every spool, including 1 pieces power cord of neon light together. Other accessories are available including invisible splices, L-connectors, T-connectors, male to female extensions, female to female extensions, and more. Can I change colors in a single run? Yes you can. Using an Inline Splice, Invisible Inline Splice, or T connector, you can join two or more different colors together. What happens if one bulb burns out? If one bulb burns out then a section of that interval will not function. The remainder of the neon lights will continue to operate. The faulty section can be repaired by splicing in a replacement section using in line splices or invisible inline splices and heat shrink tubing. What are the maximum run lengths? The maximum run for 120/220-Volt neon light is 200meter. The maximum run for 12 volt neon light is 10meter. The maximum run for 24 volt neon light is 20meter. If you need to run a greater length you will need to power the next set from the source rather than adding more to the end of the run. Can the neon lights be dimmed? Yes, for 120/220 volt, a standard light dimmer works fine. Ensure that you are using a light dimmer with the wattage capability to support the length of neon lights you wish to operate. Can I "hardwire" the 120/220-volt neon lighting? Yes, you may hard wire your neon lighting by simply cutting off the plug and exposing the wires.

8 CAUTION: Electrical codes vary significantly. Before hard wiring it would be best to check with a licensed electrician that is familiar with the electrical code in your area. 1. Do not connect LED neon to power when the connecting and installation is not completed. 12. Make sure all connecting places and both ends are tightly sealed before applying the product for outdoor use. 13. Always bend the open ends of the product and cut the extra wires after splicing the LED neon. 14. Do not put the product into water or other liquids. Do not drop, hit or over bend LED neon when it is connected to power. 15. Do not hammer LED soft neon with heavy objects during installation. 16. Don t Pull the neon flex directly from the Roll. 17. Don t Pull the Neon Flex from the ground up to house. 18. Forbidden to Throw the LED Neon Flex from House down to floor. 19. Forbidden to hurt the insulating course at any time. 20. Forbidden to bend or Twist or Drop the body of Led Neon Light, The diameter of circle must be short 10cm.
