31 SERVICES DELIVERY & SETUP Delivery and setup of equipment is available 7 days a week. Costs are calculated on travel time, time taken to setup equipment and are always provided with quote. OPERATORS/TECHNICIANS An experienced operator/technician may be provided to operate or supervise any of the listed equipment. 3 hour minimum. COMMUNICATION HANDSETS Good quality UHF communication handsets. Sets of 4 or 6 available. Talk back at award presentations, official openings, etc. CONFERENCE RECORDING Video or audio recording of your conference or seminar. Recordings can later be used for training and reviews. Camera recording is assisted with the aid of an operator for the time required. 3 hour minimum. PAGE 31
