2 Beam can turn any flat surface into a big screen. It is a smart projector equipped with a computer, all inside a beautifully designed casing. Screw Beam into any light socket or use the included power cable to place Beam on a flat surface. A separate fixture enables Beam to project on the wall, table, or on the ceiling. 11 About Beam Labs. Beam Labs was founded in 2014 by a team of business, designing and engineering specialists. Beam, our first product, was more than succesfully funded on crowdfunding website Kickstarter in February With this initial funding we managed to develop and produce the product.
