Beginning with the highest quality raw materials, we build industry standard single conductor cables in our Mansfield, Texas facility. All process are executed in-house: bunching the copper conductor, insulation extrusion, inner and outer armoring and testing are all performed by our experienced staff utilizing the latest in manufacturing technology. Our QC process is second to none, five laser micrometer measurements during the manufacturing process ensure tight diameter tolerances. Measurements are made before the bare conductor is extruded, after the extrusion head, after the final extrusion run(s), after inner armor stranding and after outer armor stranding. All measurements are recorded and complete documentation for each cable is kept on file with a condensed report sent to the Customer.
