We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Shipping & Handling fees are charged when your order ships. Normal turnaround for most frame orders is 7-10 days. If we are installing your print(s), it may take a little longer. A $25 fee will be added for Rush Orders (not available on very large orders). We make your frames like we are making them for ourselves and we are VERY picky when it comes to the quality of our frames! If we fall short of our own high standards, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. Photos of the problem will be helpful. We know EVERYONE hates shipping costs! That s why we strive to keep your shipping costs down by using or creating boxes that are the right size for each order AND choosing the carrier with the best rates to your area. We use a variety of shippers including FedEx, LSO and GPX. Please Note: FedEx charges an additional $65 oversize fee for large boxes (usually frames 24x36 and larger). For freight orders (palletized), we will look for a freight carrier with the best rate to your area. TIP: Reduce your per unit shipping cost by ordering more than one frame at a time. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If a box appears damaged when you receive it, please take pictures of the damage (full shot of box, then closer up) before you open the box. If there is any damage to your order, take pictures of the damage and them to tracy@realframing.com. We will ship replacements ASAP at no charge. Our frames are structured into Price Groups so you only have to look at a few prices instead of messing with frame calculators and different prices for every frame you offer. Frame sizes are listed across the top of each page and everything you need for each size is listed in the column below the frame size. If you don t see the frame size you are looking for in the price list, remember our motto: Yes... we make that size! Just add the two dimensions of the frame you want to order, then find another frame size listed that adds up to that same total number. Example: for a 14x22 you add = 36. What else adds up to 36? How about a 12x24! So, the pricing for a 14x22 is the same as the 12x24. Easy peasy! If you don t find a frame size that adds up to the exact number you need, just look for the next higher number. Example: for a 20x27 you add = 47. Nothing else on the price list equals 47. BUT if you add up the two dimensions of a 24x24 you get 48, so your 20x27 frame will cost the same as a 24x24.
