All incoming equipment must be properly flight cased or protected to avoid damage to floor & surrounds.

4 Drapes The following drapes are currently in stock. Fire \ Safety Certificates required for all masking drapes etc. It is the responsibility of the visiting company to supervise their own equipment. The in house fire safety announcement will be played 3 5 minutes approx. before each performance A full risk assessment should be forwarded after contract/final agreement has been confirmed

5 Sound and Light Operating Positions The in-house sound and lighting positions are located in the Control Room at the back of the auditorium. Alternative sound and lighting operating positions may be located in a central area within the auditorium. This requires the removal of seats and notice should be given to UCH 3 weeks prior to the event to facilitate the withdrawal of those seats from general sale.
