This manual explains how to use and install the product in accordance with its intended use. If you are not sure, immediately contact a person with the required professional qualification WARNING: Unpacking the equipment Do not leave any part of the packaging within the reach of children or vulnerable adults EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION The LIGHT AIR SWITCH is used to manage lighting. It is a module which can be controlled by a wireless battery-free switch. There are two types of module: Master module with ENOCEAN receiver (white unit) Slave module without ENOCEAN receiver (black unit). These modules are made to be easily integrated in a dropped ceiling or service space. The two modules have similar features except that the master module incorporates an ENOCEAN 868 MHz or 315 MHz transceiver module. PERIPHERAL DEVICES Each module includes: Six 2-way connectors (+ and -), for six power outputs which can be adjusted between 0.5 and 5 A Each of the 6 outputs can be dimmed independently from the switches allocated to it One 6-way connector for 4 active-low digital inputs and one analogue coding input One of the inputs can be configured (depending on the version) as an On override control for the 6 outputs One 4-way connector for power supply and diverting power supply to other modules Two 6-way connectors for connection to the MULTIBLOC CAN bus One LEARN pushbutton and one CLEAR pushbutton for direct pairing Capacity to save 128 ENOCEAN switches per module. 2

Simply hold down the key on the wireless battery-free switch until the desired level is reached. - When the outputs come back on after having been switched off, they return to the dimming level which was active before the shutdown. - The modules have up to 4 active-low digital inputs. These inputs can be used to control outputs directly via pushbuttons connected by wires. - A fifth input is dedicated to coding the address of the module if it is used in a MULTIBLOC CAN bus network (see accessories/associated parts for the available coding resistor codes). 3

6 SET-UP WARNING: Correct system operation For set-up of a slave module and wireless switches, a master module must be switched on Setting up a module involves allocating wireless or wired switches to its outputs. L key (Learn) To start set-up mode and change output C key (Clear) To clear a set output or the 6 outputs of the module MASTER MODULE L key (Learn) Pressing the L key takes you into the set-up mode. Each press of the L key changes the activated output. The seventh press exits the set-up mode. If no action is taken for 2 minutes, the module returns to normal mode. C key (Clear) In set-up mode (one of the module's outputs flashes), a long press (1.5 seconds) on the C key clears the setup of the selected flashing output. In normal mode, a long press (1.5 seconds) on the C key clears the set-up of all the outputs of this module. Note: It is also possible to remove one switch from an output (without clearing the other switches associated with that output). To do this, select the applicable output with the L key on the module. Then, when the output flashes, press the switch you want to remove until the output starts flashing again after having been off for 1 or 2 seconds. Example: allocation of a switch to output 2 - One long press of the L key Output 1 flashes - A second press of the L key Output 2 flashes - Briefly press the switch you want to turn output 2 on Output 2 is on - Briefly press the switch you want to turn output 2 off Output 2 is flashing again An ON switch and an OFF switch are now allocated to output 2. You can continue to allocate more switches to the same output by pressing them or you can move on to setting up output 3 by pressing the L key. 7 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE CHECK THE LIGHTING MODULE POWER SUPPLY AND NETWORK 1 Perform a reset and a network scan from a NAVICOLOR display 2 Does the lighting module appear on the NAVICOLOR display? Yes - Problem solved No - Go to Step 3 3 Does the status LED on the lighting module come on? No - Go to Step 4 Yes - Go to Step 4 Make sure that the fuse upstream of the lighting module is OK No: Replace the fuse Yes: Test the power cable with a multimeter If the cable is OK: The lighting module needs to be replaced If it does not work: Replace the defective power cable 5 If there are several modules in the network, they must be identified Each module must have a different coding resistor If the resistors are not OK: Replace the coding resistors and go back to Step 2 If everything is OK but a module is not detected in the network: Disconnect the 2 CAN cables from the lighting module In their place, connect a 120 Ω termination and a flying lead Connect the other end of the CAN cable to the NAVICOLOR display Run a network scan If the NAVICOLOR detects the module: replace the defective CAN cable If the NAVICOLOR does not detect the module: replace the lighting module 7

WARRANTY TERMS + AFTER-SALES WARRANTY SUBJECT: The company SCHEIBER warranties all its products range against failures or masked-failures according to the article 1641 and followings of the Civil Code. Repairs and replacement of the equipment during the warranty period do not change terms or time of this warranty which is of 2 years. Repairs and replacement of the faulty parts under warranty are made only on presentation of the invoice which certifies the warranty beginning date. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY: This warranty can not be applied in case of misuse, wrong installation, repair by anyone else than a SCHEIBER authorised technician, damage arising from improper use (fuses replaced by another value), utilisation in an unsuitable environment or if the equipment has suffered from physical damages through handling, transport. It does not cover calibration or verification due to the normal age of the components. Warranty modalities: The equipment freight will be charged to the customer. If the returned equipment does not conform, our company considers it has the right to refuse the free repair and proposes an estimate. RESPONSIBILITY LIMITS: In any case, the company SCHEIBER will not be held responsible for direct damages or damages not due to the normal use of the equipment. In case of a dispute arising between the parties, the case shall be submitted to the French Right to the court specified by the company SCHEIBER. 9
