Among the two small cable, the cable connecting to the first leg of IR head receiver is the IR signal transmittion, the other small cable is useless, so you only need to connect the IR transmitton cable the video interface IR output cable together is ok. Please look at the right picture, the RED CIRCLE marked is the Fisrt Leg of IR header, to connect the DVD, or DVB T IR cable, and the DVD, DVB T IR cable shielding case connecto to be Ground after cut the IR header. Then to finish the video interface and external DVD, DVB T IR cable connection.
