AVPro Edge and Murideo products have drivers to work with all major control systems such as Control 4, Crestron, RTI and more. Q. how can I manage the edid in my installation? A. When video distribution products are placed in between a source and display, sometimes the source can no longer read the display's EDID correctly. In these cases you will need to select the best allowable EDID that your lowest preforming product in line can handle. The main reason to use scaling is when 4K is distributed throughout an installation, but there are also displays that can only handle 1080p. With scalers, you are able to downscale only the 1080p TV runs and keep the optimized 4K signal throughout the rest of the installation.
