Things to consider when planning a music storage room Receive a complete inventory of instruments to be stored. Some items are left out (pianos, harps, kettle drums etc ) Look at the overall location of the storage room to plan for delivery. If up stairs, will cabinets fit in the elevator or will the stairwell be wide enough? The room may seem large, but check the depth of the cabinets facing each other and verify there is room to open both cabinets.
