Email Requests To: Charlie@audiovisualsvc.com IMPORTANT CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS 1. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING SERVICE ORDER FORMS: a. Payment IN FULL, IN U.S. FUNDS must accompany service order form. b. All order form information must be completed in full for order to be processed. Seven days prior show day. Incomplete order forms could result in processing delay resulting in slow service installation. c. No service will be installed until full payment is received. d. Cancellations - Refunds will be computed as follows: After installation - NO REFUND. Before installation, but 6 days or less prior to first scheduled move in day 85%REFUND. Before installation and more than 6 days prior to first scheduled move in day FULLREFUND. 2. Rates quoted for all connections cover only the bringing of service to the booth in the most convenient manner as determined by JW Marriot Marquis Miami and DO NOT include connecting equipment to provided services. Special placement or relocation of service will result in a labor charge. A credit card number must be provided if booth labor is required. Payment IN FULL must be rendered for such services before the close of event day. 3. Obstructions blocking utility floor boxes are subject to relocation as necessary. 4. Prepaid orders will receive priority service. 5. Claims will not be considered unless filed in writing by exhibitor prior to close of show. 6. Request for special voltage and/or other Special Requirements (see form) must be received by JW Marriot Marquis Miami 14 days prior to scheduled exhibitor arrival and move-in. 7. Electrical labor must be ordered in advance in order to have electricians available when needed. 8. All equipment regardless of source of power must comply with all Federal, State and Local Safety Codes. 9. Use of open clip sockets, latex or lamp cord wire, unapproved duplex or triplex attachment plugs in exhibits are prohibited. 10. Standard wall, column and permanent building electrical outlets are not part of booth space and are not to be used by exhibitors unless specified otherwise. 11. Under NO circumstances shall anyone other than house electricians make electrical connections. 12. Special equipment requiring company engineers or technicians for assembly, servicing, preparatory work and operation may be executed without house electricians, however, all service connections and overload protection to such equipment must be made by house electricians only. 13. All equipment must be properly tagged or marked with complete information as to type and/or amount of current voltage, phase, frequency, horsepower, etc. required. 14. All materials and equipment furnished by the JW Marriot Marquis Miami for this service order shall remain the property of the JW Marriot Marquis Miami and shall be removed ONLY by the JWMM at the close of the show. 15. All exhibitors 120-volt cords must be of the 3 wire grounded type. All exposed non-current carrying metal parts of fixed equipment which are liable to be energized, shall be grounded. 16. The JWMM reserves the right to refuse connection to any exhibitor whose equipment is deemed unsafe by the JWMM electrical supervisors. 17. Booth power will be turned on 1 hour prior to event opening and turned off 30 minutes after close. 24-hour service will be provided only to those locations that have ordered and paid for 24-hour service. 18. Power requirements crossing aisles will not be installed unless approved by show management. 19. Prices are based upon current wage rates and are subject to change without notice. 20. Stated rates cover usage for a minimum of one (1) day to maximum of three (3) day event. Events exceeding Three days will require special quotation.

Delivery: An authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery and pickup. Equipment will be delivered to and picked up from your booth. Installation & Dismantle (I&D): Any order requiring labor, including the installation and dismantling of equipment, will be subject to a labor charge of $75 per hour, per man. Equipment: For equipment not listed, please contact us for a complete list of inventory. Customer is responsible for the security of rented equipment and will be required to pay for any items that are lost or stolen during the rental period (anytime after delivery and before pickup of equipment). Guarantee: Equipment is guaranteed to be operational upon delivery to your booth. It is assumed that the renter has an understanding of the operation of equipment. Equipment problems must be reported immediately to our service desk. JW Marriott Marquis will not be responsible for problems reported after termination of rental. The renter will pay for any loss or damage of said equipment. Payment: All exhibit orders must be reserved with a major credit card with payment in full due at the time the order is placed. A written confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
