Wabu Production was created when professionals working in the fields of the arts and event management decided to join forces. Our Performing Arts and Event Services departments offer a range of independent, complementary services to ensure that your event is a success, including creating custom shows and providing production and logistics services. With 20 years of experience in event management, we work closely with the biggest national and international agencies. We also work in collaboration with several international partners in the field of audiovisual production (interactive video shows, 3D mapping, etc.).

We offer a range of services, from designing to producing and managing all your artistic events. Whether it s a corporate show, launch party, ceremony, dinner show or happening, let our creativity and experience inspire your event!
Our services Creation of the show and introduction of made-to-measure artistic concepts, including : Writing: Scenario proposal, creation of an appropriate common theme according to the briefing. Scenography Study: Selection of the show s venue, scenic constructions, scenery, Technical Feasibility Study: Meetings with the various technical specialists (riggers, sound designers, light designers, video designers, specific techniques, safety). Artists selection and creation of original acts A catalogue of nearly 1,000 artistic performances and formations throughout the world. Budgeting: Making a detailed budget. Production: Co-ordination, booking and complete logistical management of the artistic and technical teams. (Artists, choreographers, costumes, make-up, sound / light / video suppliers, decorators, pyrotechnic experts ) Sound Design/Creation: Making an original sound universe for each creation. Staging Harmonisation and optimisation of the artistic interventions. Stage Management: Installation of a professional team for the complete management of the show.

With more than 15 years experience in event management, we are able to offer a range of professional services from production to stage management, including costume design, make-up or even crew catering and specialist equipment hire. From private events to international conventions, our team is here to make your event a success.
Our services Production: Our team provides produc0on support for any type of event. From freelance producers to full produc0on management, our team offers professional and personalized support to make all of your events a success. Stage Management: Our specialist staff can take care of stage management at conferences or conven0ons, as well as supervising your ar0sts from the dressing room to the stage. Styling: From diva dresses to LED costumes, our team of designers can create the perfect ouaits for your shows and events. Make-Up, Hairstylist: We can provide professional make- up ar0sts and hairstylists for your produc0ons, fashion shows or conven0ons, including styling for your speakers and hostesses.
