This organization provided millions of jobs working on public works projects across the nation.

That would be a stack twice as tall as the Empire State Building if they were all stacked up on each other. How many books do you have in your book collection? To help keep track of his books he designed the book plate you see above. The anchor is because FDR loved the sea, and the roses symbolize his last name, Roosevelt. If you were to design your own book plate what would it look like? What symbols would you want to include in your design?
