TheFirstWeek TheFirstGeneralMeeting Atthefirstmeetingoftheseason,dresssharpandshowupreadytopresent yourshowtothemembership.youwillhavethreeminutestotellthemembership aboutyourshowandconvincethemthattheyshouldauditionand/ortechforyou. Thiswillbeverysimilartoyourpitchoftheshowbeforethevotinglastsemester, butthistimeyou retryingtoconvincethemembershiptobeapartoftheshow,not justtoletyoudoit.beginbyintroducingyourself.youshouldthenmentionthecast breakdown,brieflyexplainingeachoftheroles.youshouldmentionverybrieflythe technicalneedsoftheshow.mostofall,youshouldconveytothemembershipwhy Troupeisdoingthisshow,expressingyourartisticvisionfortheproduction;tryto makethemexcitedaboutbeingapartoftheshow.trytomentionanyrelevant informationaboutyourauditionsthatvaryfromthestandardauditionprocedure. Themediatorwillthenbeginaforumofdiscussionwhereeachconflictwill beaddressedonebyoneuntilallconflictshavebeenresolved.onceallconflicts havebeenresolved,eachdirectorwillreadhisfinallistagain,toensurethatnobody appearsonmorethanonelist.
