Vending Set-Up Before placing in the field Upon receipt of every Vending Machine ü ü Un-package and setup at your facility pay attention to uncrating instructions fastened to exterior of unit Power up your Vending Machine and the provisioning code will be displayed on the card reader. Call or email Vendnovation to advise them of your Provisioning code. Using the merchandiser s built in cellular connection, Vendnovation will provision and apply the latest software / firmware updates. ü ü Work with Vendnovation to test some initial transactions. This will confirm correct setup of all account and proper flow of funds. Using your Vendnovation login username and password, set-up your Vending Machine specific information on the Vendnovation website, including machine location, bag weight and sell price, and any alerts. After successful test the unit can be placed in the field ready for sales Page 5

Navigating the Site From the homepage you ll have a quick Status overview of all your Vending Machines. You ll see alerts that you ve set-up, and any scheduled actions. Setting and Changing Bag Sizes From the Homepage, Click Products A list of your Vending Machines will appear. Select a box from the list and the pop-up screen featured above will appear. Click in the Size category and adjust the number. Click Save Changes when complete. Page 31
Setting and Changing Price From the Homepage, Click Products A list of your Ice Breakers will appear. Select a box from the list and the popup screen featured above will appear. Click in the Price category and adjust the number. Click Save Changes when complete. Page 32
Monitoring Sales From the Homepage, Click Report The dropdown box Provides many options Sales Summary Sales by Range Product Sales Automated Reports Transactions Etc. The example above Sales Summary was selected. You are next prompted to enter that desired dates you want to review. This step is critical, results only appear when you enter the dates and click Get Report For further breakdown click Details and you ll receive more information on certain accounts and machines. Using Sales Data to Make Pricing Decisions Under Reports you ll find Sales by Range From here you ll be able to identify sales trends. You can see when the demand is high sort either by, time-of-day, day-of-theweek, or monthly. This gives you information to make price changes and allows you to monitor the effectiveness of those decisions. Page 34
Monitoring Inventory Under Machines click "Adjust Inventory Levels Use the dropdown box and click on your account to choose the Ice Breaker you would like to review. This will bring up data about the box, including current inventory. The easiest way to track the inventory of all your Ice Breakers is to set alerts. Page 35
Setting Alerts Under Manage click Alert Routing Setup rules and contacts so that you receive emails when something needs your attention. Options include temperature, inventory levels, no sales, and heartbeat (box is without power).
