How is Redgum Book Club a work-free school book club? No order collection, no catalogue sorting, no order sorting or distribution. Redgum Book Club has a simple online ordering system and a team of friendly telephone consultants ready to answer any queries or take orders. We release just one 32-page catalogue per school term for years K-6 and include a digital flip book link as an easy and simple addition to any school newsletter for parents who prefer digital media.
Local Redgum Account Managers provide pre-written inserts for use in school newsletters. These include information for parents such as Redgum Book Club contact and ordering information, order due dates, delivery dates, and a digital flip book link to fully remove any work from the school. We deliver orders to the school pre-sorted. Books are packaged by child name and further boxed by class, so there is no work involved in order sorting. Once you go to checkout, you will be prompted to choose (free) school delivery, or home delivery ($6.50). For school delivery, you must select your term catalogue, then select your school before continuing. Payment can be made by credit card. What if my book sells out? If we experience any stock issues, we will endeavor to call or email you before the other school orders arrive. You will be given a full refund and your child will receive a complementary book along with the free gift advertised in the catalogue. Do you send substitute books? No. If your book sells out or becomes unavailable, we will endeavor to call or email you before the other school orders arrive. How can schools use Redgum credits to purchase books and products for the school library? Each school book club coordinator will be provided with a School Account Login. The coordinator can then log in to their school s admin page, from where they can see their school s points balance and history, use their points to order and access a detailed Rewards FAQ. If schools would like to order more than their credit balance, they will simply receive an invoice for the difference, with a 30 day term. Please ensure orders are placed within the catalogue period to avoid an additional $6.50 delivery fee. Redgum credits do not expire. Returns and refunds.
