Centennial Year Brand Standards Guide FOR USAGE NOV. 21, 2016 - NOV. 21, 2017

welcome The identity of Federation CJA is much more than just a logo. It defines how those around us view both the federation and our community. And to ensure its success and maintain its long-term presence, consistency is crucial. This amended manual, for the Centennial year, provides a series of easy-to-follow guidelines to keep the look and feel of the identity consistent. Strict adherence to these standards will help build strong recognition for Federation CJA and ensure Centennial awareness throughout this milestone year. Please adopt this 100 th logo treatment across all communications and refer to these branding guidelines exceptionally during the Federation CJA Centennial, beginning November 21, 2016 and ending November 21, 2017.

1. Logo Horizontal Federation CJA is proud to introduce an updated logo for its Centennial year. This important milestone in the history of the organization is an opportunity to pay tribute to a century of tremendous impact within the organized Jewish community of Montreal, and beyond. Federation CJA s Centennial year logo merges our organizational logo with our Centennial branding. At the core is a stylized Star of David, the recognized symbol of Judaism and of the State of Israel, with a heart, which symbolizes the caring and compassionate nature of our Jewish community, as well as the central role of the Federation as the heart of the community. It also reflects openness and inclusiveness, a fitting representation of the federation as a whole. Our dates of operation, 1917-2017, have been prominently overlaid over a graphically bold 100, symbolically paying tribute to our last century of impact, and planting the seeds for the one to come.

2. Logo Vertical The preferred logo treatment during the Centennial year is the horizontal version. Where space does not permit, the vertical version pictured here may be used.
