One of the biggest highlights of the festival will be SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG, which will be held on 5 August (Saturday). The tickets were on sale again on Monday this week and are sold out today. Mr Anthony Lau, Executive Director of the HKTB, said, It is very encouraging that the tickets are sold out on the third day of the reopening of ticket sales. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the enthusiastic support of the fans and believe that the exciting series of activities at ICBC (Asia) e-sports & Music Festival Hong Kong will certainly offer visitors and local residents an unforgettable summer experience. Mr Lau added that best seats were reserved for ticket holders who had booked in advance to let them enjoy the exciting performances by Korea s hottest stars and groups at the indoor venue. ICBC (Asia) e-sports & Music Festival Hong Kong SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG was originally planned to be held at the Central Harbourfront. In view of the change of venue, tickets purchased on or before 25 June via Hong Kong Ticketing (Pre-sold Tickets) are not valid for the new venue (Hong Kong Coliseum). Attachment SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG Arrangements for Collection of New Venue Admission Tickets or Refunds Effective from 17 July 2017 (12:00 noon) to 5 August 2017 (7:00pm), ticket holders of Pre-sold Tickets can collect the new admission ticket for SMTOWN SPECIAL STAGE in HONG KONG at the Hong Kong Coliseum by the following ways. Collection of the New Venue Admission Ticket Ticket holders of Pre-sold Tickets purchased through Hong Kong Ticketing by credit card: The cardholder must collect the New Venue Admission Ticket in Person by presenting the same credit card used for the purchase of the Pre-sold Ticket at Hong Kong Ticketing Box Offices / Tom Lee Outlets within the above period. The cardholder s signature on the acknowledgement receipt is required when collecting the ticket. Please [click here] for the locations and office hours of the Box Offices and Tom Lee Outlets. Ticket holders of Pre-sold Tickets purchased through Hong Kong Ticketing by cash: Ticket holders must present the Pre-sold Tickets at the Hong Kong Ticketing box office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to redeem the New Venue Admission Ticket. The New Venue Admission Ticket cannot be cancelled, exchanged and refunded once collected. Lost or damaged New Venue Admission Tickets will not be replaced. Please keep your ticket secure.
