Data on street lighting, signal systems and ITS data There is and shall be a common standard for measuring and exchanging digital measurement data in connection with the submission of measuring-in data. This guidance describes how the utility owners are to carry out the registration of pipes, columns etc., and in which coordinate system for the purpose of DGP (Digital Ground Plans). 1.1 Coordinate system Survey data are measured with the coordinates Y, X, Z. Measurements are registered in UTM32 EUREF89. Levels are measured in DVR90 When measuring-in, sufficient points need to be recorded to allow for correct geometric construction of the layout. 1.2 Format Data are always exchanged in DSFL format. Together with the digital DSFL file, a control plan is submitted that shows the contents of the registration. 1.3 Exchange The operator/supplier shall ensure that measurements are recorded and that the measured-in data are exchanged in DSFL format. A file in DSFL format shall always begin with the head section and reference definitions. See also the DSFL format at www.geoforum.dk. Or see an example of a DSFL-file in Annex 1. 2. Allowed DSFL codes for DGP The table below shows which objects and the related DSFL codes that are to be used for the registration of the survey data.
