Attention Go ahead and print the hardcover copy of dissertation/thesis right after you pass the oral defense and finish your final revision. Submit a hardcover copy of dissertation/thesis to the library when going through the library checkout procedure. The library only accepts hardcover copy of dissertation/thesis.

1. After approving your thesis/dissertation, the system will email a notification letter with an authorization paper to you. 2. After confirmation of the paper, please have your signature on it, and then bring a hardbound thesis/dissertation to the library for leaving campus process. 3. You can still re login to print the authorization paper.
Required Items for Library Checkout Procedure Student ID card Must return borrowed books, or pay off outstanding fines, if any. A complete abstract summary form (signed by you) Original signed letter of Copyright Authorization for Electronic Dissertation/Thesis (a total of two pages; you must sign in person in blue ink) One hardcover copy of dissertation/thesis (including original signed authorization letter)
