Chapter I JUNIOR Introduction - Features Small and light. Control 5 channels. Can save sets scens: 0 sets + sets(hot keys) sets "hot keys" design. The users can save the most often used scenes to the hot keys and call the scenes out quickly during performances. The inner battery can work for hours without external power input. Can do simultaneous signal output with another console. - Power on There is DC POWER JACK on the rear panel providing the users to use 5V/A DC power input. Please make sure the switcher on the control panel is ON when the DC power inputs. DC POWER JACK: Inside negative pole, outside positive pole - LCD power-saving device To make the inner battery work longer, the LCD light will get dark if the users don t do any operation for seconds. The LCD light will light up again when the users press or push any key or fader. -5 Auto setting memorizing The machine will auto memorize all the setting before switching off. - Notice. Please fill the battery for hours before using this machine the first time.. The data will be lost if the machine is not turned on for days.

Chapter Opertaion & Setting Must DO before all the setting: Turn on the switch on the rear panel, and then push [MASTER VR] to the top -00%. (MASTER VR affects the output value of all channels) - Channel value setting -- Set the start channel STEP-:Press FUNC key,and LCD will display, CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press ENTER key,and LCD will display, CH.SET --- CH -----= 0% In CHANNEL SETTING mode, each VR controls different channels STEP-:Use keys to choose desired channel. CH.SET --- CH -----= 0% Press once, and VR- corresponds to CH-. STEP-:Push VR- for direct output to CH-; mean while LCD will show the output value. The dimming of CH- is 5% CH.SET --- CH ----= 5% STEP-5:In this example, start channel is CH.. Please do the steps above to change the start channel.
-- Output setting of individual channel! In this example, the start channel is CH-. STEP-:Press FUNC key,and the LCD will display, CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press ENTER key. CH.SET --- CH -----= 0% In CHANNEL SETTING mode, each VR controls different channels. STEP-:Push VR- for direct output to CH-; meantime the LCD will show the output value. CH.SET --- CH -----= 5% The value 5% means the current and exact VR position. STEP-:Then push VR-. CH.SET --- CH -----= 5% STEP-5:Please repeat the above steps to set the output value of CH- to CH-. -- Output setting of constant channels EX.: How to set the output value to 50% from CH-5 to CH-0 at one time? STEP-:Press CH key then the vernier will go to CH CH.SET --- CH -----= 0%
STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter the first channel. CH.SET --- CH 5-----= 0% STEP-:Press key, then the users can enter the last channel. CH.SET --- CH 5 - -= 0% Users entered number 5 STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter the last channel. CH.SET --- CH 5-0-= 0% Users entered numbers & 0 STEP-5:Press AT key and the vernier will go the the output value. CH.SET --- CH 5-0-= 0% The original output value of CH5-CH0 is 0%. STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter the desired output value. CH.SET --- CH 5-0-= 50% Users entered the numbers 5 & 0 P.S. Users can also push VR- to 50% for a prompt output. STEP-:Press ENTER key to output the value of CH5 ~ CH0. CH.SET --- CH -----= 0% The display will show the next channel automatically. STEP-:Please do as above steps to finish the setting of other constant channels.
-- Clear the setting of all channels options: (). Press CL + CH at the same time to clear the value setting of all channels. (). Push MASTER VR to the bottom then press the MASTER key.
- Scenes setting setting options for memorizing sets scenes in Junior: (). Setting with function key SC :Can set to 0sets (). Setting with hot key SUB ~ SUB :Can set to sets Users can memorize the most often used scenes to the hot keys for quick call-out. -- Save scenes to SUB ~ SUB STEP-:Follow the steps in chapter --/ -- to set the channels values. In chapter --, we have set the value of CH5 ~ CH0 as 50%, now we keep this example for the following operation. STEP-:Press REC key and the LCD will display, RECORD TO SC KEYIN SC 0 STEP-:Press any key of SUB ~ [ SUB]. SAVE TO SUB ENT=SURE ANY=NO Users pressed key SUB to enter the scene into SUB. Yes:Press ENTER No:Press any key STEP-:Press ENTER key to save set scene into SUB. 0
-- Save scenes to SCENE ~ SCENE 0 STEP-:Follow the steps in chapter --/ -- to set the channels values. In chapter --, we have set the value of CH5 ~ CH0 as 50%, now we keep this example for the following operation. STEP-:Press REC key and the LCD will display, RECORD TO SC KEYIN SC 0 STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter the desired scene number. RECORD TO SC 5 KEYIN SC 0 Users entered 5 to save the channels values into Scene 5. If there is already data in Scene 5, the LCD will display as below, OVERWRITE DATA : YES, :NO Yes:Press No:Press If there is no data in Scene 5, then the LCD will display, Name: Keyin ENGLISH. STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter a scene name. Name: XY Keyin ENGLISH. Users can name Scene 5 with English letters at most. A B C D E F G H I J K L 5 M N O P Q R S T U V W X = Y Z 0 Change/ Blank
STEP-5:Press ENTER key to conform. -- Call out scenes saved in SUB ~ SUB STEP-:Press FUNC key, and the LCD will display, CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press key and the arrow will point to the next line, CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press ENTER key to execute the output of SUB ~ SUB. SUB MASTER -- LITE-PUTER CORP. Press any hot key of SUB ~ [ SUB], then the data in SUB ~ SUB will output 00%. LOAD SUBSCENE Users keep on pressing SUB key Push VR ~VR, then the data will output 0--00%. SUB MASTER -- SUB = 0% Users push VR to the 0%.
-- Call out scenes saved in SCENE ~ SCENE 0 After doing the [STEP-] above, please follow next step below: STEP-:Press SC key LOAD SCENE KEYIN SC 0 STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter the number of the desired scene. LOAD SCENE 5 XY Users entered 5. The LCD will also show the scene name, but if the users didn t give a name, the second line will be blank. STEP-:Press ENTER key to confirm. SUB MASTER -- LITE-PUTER CORP..) Push MASTER VR to 00% and SUB VR to 50%, then the total output value of Scene is 50%..) Push MASTER VR to 50% and SUB VR to 50%, then the total output value of Scene is 5%. --5 Amend the Scenes data Following the last example: the channels values of Scene 5 is [CH5 ~ CH0 = 50%] STEP-:Call out the desired scene. (Please refer to [--] & [--]). STEP-:Press CH key.
CHANNEL MODIFY CH -----= 0% STEP-:Use number keys 0 or keys to select the desired channel. CHANNEL MODIFY CH 5-----= 50% STEP-:Press AT key to change the vernier position to the channel value. CHANNEL MODIFY CH 5-----= 50% STEP-5:Use number keys 0 to enter the new output value. CHANNEL MODIFY CH -----= 0% Users entered, 0 STEP-:Press ENTER key to save the new data. SUB MASTER -- LITE-PUTER CORP. Now the data in Scene5 is [ CH = 0%,CH-CH0=50%] P.S. If users wish to adjust the value of other channels in the same scene, please repeat this function from the first step. -- Clear the scenes output options: (). Press CL + SC at the same time to clear all the values. (). Pull MASTER VR to the bottom and press the MASTER key.
- Chaser -- Channel chaser setting Chaser speed: 0.sec. - min. There are chaser spped for option: 0.s, 0.s, 0.5s, 0.s, 0.s, 0.s, s, s, s, s, 5s, s, s, s, s, 0s, 0s, 0s, 0s, 50s, min. STEP-:Press FUNC key CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press key twice. CH SETTING CHANNEL CHASE STEP-:Press ENTER key. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% 0.5sec MAS. is the abbreviation of MASTER STEP-:Use number keys 0 or keys to set the start channel. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% 0.5sec STEP-5:Press ENTER key and the vernier will move to the next line. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% 0.5sec 5
STEP-:Use or key to select the speed. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec Users selected sec.. STEP-:Push VR ~ VR to desired level, and chaser will run from CH ~ CH automatically. -- Change the start channel of chaser STEP-:If the users want to change the start channel, such as to set the chaser starts from CH, press ENTER key and the vernier will move to the channel setting position in the first line. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-:Press and the LCD will display: CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-0:Press ENTER and the vernier will move to the chaser speed setting in the second line. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-:Use or key to adjust to a proper chaser speed. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% 0.sec Users adjusted to 0.sec.
STEP-:Push VR ~ VR to desired level, and the chaser will run from VR ~ VR. -- Setting of Chaser + Scene Channel chaser can be executed with one Scene(as back), and the users can change the output value by using MASTER-VR. STEP-:After executing a chaser, press SC key to call out one scene: LOAD SCENE KEYIN SC 0 STEP-:Use number keys 0 to enter scene number. LOAD SCENE KEYIN SC 0 Users pressed. STEP-0:Press ENTER key to confirm. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec. When the value of one channel is lower than the value of the back scene, the output will be the higher one.. Press SUB key and the corresponding channel will output 00%.. After escaping from chaser mode, the chaser speed will be memorized automatically.
-- Chase Fader STEP-:Press FUNC key. CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press key 5 times. AUTO FADE CHASE FADE STEP-:Press ENTER FADE FADE OFF ON STEP-:Press FADE FADE OFF ON STEP-5:Press ENTER CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-:Push VR ~ VR to the desired value then the chaser from CH- to CH- will be fade mode. CH CHASE - MAS.=00% sec
--5 SUB Chaser STEP-:Press FUNC key. CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press three times. CHANNEL CHASE SUB CHASE STEP-:Press ENTER key. CHASE - CHASE - STEP-:Press key. CHASE - CHASE - Arrow will move to the second line. STEP-:Press ENTER key. SUB CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-5:Use or key to adjust the chaser speed. SUB CHASE - MAS.=00% sec STEP-:Push VR ~ VR to desired value to adjust the output. In this setting, users execute the chase with VR VR and control the dimming value of the
pre-set scene with VR, VR. Note: At [STEP-], if the arrow points to the first line (refer to the display below), then all VR- VR operate as the chase. CHASE - CHASE - Note: The VR positions must be over 5% to execute the corresponding channels joining the chase. N - Auto Fade -- Auto fade of individual channel STEP-:Press FUNC key. CH SETTING SUB MASTER STEP-:Press key four times SUB CHASE AUTO FADE STEP-:Press ENTER key and now CH will do Auto Fade. AUTO FADE sec CH ----->0% This is a changeable value, which shows the current fade value. STEP-:Use or key to change the channel and AUTO FADE will execute automatically; or to use number keys 0-- to enter the channel number then press ENTER key to execute the auto fade. AUTO FADE sec CH ----->5% User pressed key once. 0
STEP-5:Press ENTER key and the vernier will move to the time setting position. AUTO FADE sec CH ----->5% STEP-:Use or key to adjust the AUTO FADE time. AUTO FADE 0sec CH ----->5% User adjusted the time to 0 seconds. -- Auto Fade of constant channels STEP-:Press ENTER key after step. AUTO FADE 0sec CH ----->5% STEP-:Now if the users wish to set AUTO FADE from CH to CH, press these three keys AUTO FADE 0sec CH ----->5% STEP-:The the LCD will display as below, AUTO FADE 0sec CH -- -> 5% STEP-:Then press ENTER key to execute the auto fade. Auto Fade speed and Chase speed are separate system, so different speed is allowed.
