Revise the NP291 as the similar structure as the LCD s generic specification. The mechanical test is included in 5. Test and measurement procedures. The annexes will be included after further discussion in future meetings. ) Examination of the documents PT62341 (Terms, Definitions and Letter symbols) The terms and definitions of fundamental terms from F-18 to F-53 were reviewed. The physical property terms from P-1 to P-24 were reviewed. Some terms such as OEL, OLED and OELD were left for further discussion when other delegates fr China, USA, The Netherlands, Finland and France will attend. ) Explanation and discussion about NP290 Discussion on NP290 was postponed because of the absence of the project leader (Dr. Y. Qui) and Chin members. 4/19

Information Exchange about hot topics / all members OLED products 20 A-Si AMOLED, etc. Any other business - New management system of OEL-G, Movement of SC47C toward TCxx. SMB meeting on New management system of OEL-G, Movement of SC47C toward TCxx etc. will b held by 2003-06-13. The scope should include the organic light-emitting diode display (or organic electroluminescent display should be revised after the SMB approval and the movement to TC110. After that TCxx (perhaps TC110) Next meeting The IEC General meeting will be held in Montreal, Canada but SC47C will not be held since TC47 will n be held there. The possible meeting place will be either Eindhoven, The Netherlands or Fukuoka prefecture, Japan durin IDW2003. The tentative organizer, SC47C secretary Mr. H. Iwama will decide the next meeting according to th recommendation by all members via an e-mail. Close of the meeting All discussion items were finished according to the agenda with common consensus. The tentative organizer declared the closing of the meeting, and thanked all the delegates for the participation. 5/19
