Why this magazine? Like any other school magazine, this could have easily been a magazine celebrating the success of the school releasing probably once a year. But we saw it through another lens For us, this magazine presented an opportunity to students to express themselves freely, an environment which isn t controlled and binding, a chance not to follow but to lead, themselves and others towards a path of a free creative space. This journey though had not been easy. When we first bumped into the idea of a school magazine, to be created entirely by the students, we were worried whether the students will be up for this challenge, whether they will be able quickly learn and use Adobe Photoshop software to create a magazine that becomes a platform full of amazing ideas and opportunities. Will they be able to create a thought so beautiful and untouched into a plain paper? we wondered. But the troubles in the path to excellence are always worth the effort. This magazine is written and crafted solely by the students. It is an opportunity to break the shackles of what is uniform and constant and create and display unique thoughts around the world that are still unconquered
