How do I create citations for a bibliography or reference list? Where can I get assistance with these types of questions? What are the top things I should know about UBC Library?

HOW DO I FIND ACADEMIC ARTICLES AND BOOKS? ANSWER: SEARCH THE LIBRARY WEBSITE The main search box on the library website allows you to quickly search for a book or an article. You can also start your research on a topic by entering keywords into the search box. Filter by peer-review status, date and type of item (article, book, film) on the left. If you get too many results, go to the Research Guide for your topic, and search in a specialized database.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE TO SEARCH FOR RESEARCH IN MY COURSES? ANSWER: RESEARCH GUIDES Research guides provide links to specialized information for every subject taught at UBC. Books are delivered from Vancouver within 4 days. Bring your student card to borrow all of these items. Renew items online. Late fees apply for all items. 2. The Library is ALMOST ALWAYS OPEN! 7am-midnight most days. Open until 2am during exams. Open hours. Access online resources 24x7 just LOGIN
