1 Chapter 1 Content Description Section 1 Notice for using On-Lap Monitor 1. Notice when installing the On-Lap Monitor onto your laptop: 1) The laptop s monitor should be positioned in an upright position to prevent it from tippling. 2)Keep the laptop away from the table edge to prevent it from falling off the table if it topples. 3)When using On-Lap, open On-Lap to a horizontal position first, and then open the laptop s monitor. Avoid knocking against objects on the table. 4)Use the laptop and On-Lap Monitor on a level table. If the table is not level, the laptop and On-Lap Monitor may topple. 5) As shown below, it is recommended to rotate the On-Lap Monitor to a position nearer to the user (i.e., angle between 180-225 ); if the On-Lap Monitor is rotated to a position behind the laptop monitor (as illustrated: angle <180 ), it may cause the laptop to fall backwards. Using the laptop when the On-Lap Monitor angle is between 0 and 90, is not recommended.

2 [Monitor angle between 0 and 90 is not recommended; tipping may occur!] 2. The suction of the cupules depends on the smoothness of the surface where the cupules are to be stuck. If the surface is not smooth, it is recommended to use the cupule mylars [remark: the cupule mylars are not reusable]. If the cupules become dirty or after a period of use, the suction strength may deteriorate. Please clean and tightly press the cupules again. Please check that the cupules are securely stuck every time before use. 3. On-Lap 1301 only reads DVI digital video signal; it does not support complete HDMI interface and does not have a speaker.
