PLANNING INFORMATION DATE We invite you to the upcoming Teen Leadership Training Convention Jan. 25-27, 2019. ATTENDANCE All TLT Pathfinders & Mentors registered with the Conference Pathfinder office. All Conference Coordinators are urged to attend. Because this weekend is an intensive training weekend and there is no programming for younger children, it is encouraged that they do not attend. CONVENTION LOCATION Address: 32149 SE Stevens Road, Corbett, OR 97019 Phone: (503) 695-5888 Website: www.campangelos.org Location: For a map go to Google Maps and type in the address COSTS The cost per person: $75 per person for the weekend INDUCTION There will be a TLT Induction / Investiture service on Sabbath. If TLTs have family members that would like to come let them know they are invited. If they would like to stay for supper you must contact the Pathfinder office by the registration deadline with their meal plans. There is no cost to guests who stay for this meal. They should plan on arriving just before 3pm and Supper will conclude around 6pm. PLEASE Note: Induction is a special event, please stress to your inductees, Full Class A Uniform is required! LODGING TLTs and Mentors will be staying in cabins separated by gender. Cabins have bunk bed-style sleeping and restroom with shower in an adjacent building. Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, towels, toiletry items, etc. Please check your housing preference on the Club Registration Form. MEALS The registration fee includes 5 meals (Friday supper Sunday breakfast) and a sack Sunday lunch. For special diets it is recommended you bring some of your own food that can be microwaved to supplement the menu provided. M&M MEETING PREP Each returning TLT must bring their TLT Manual with the Operational Evaluation page that specifies the assignments they planned with their Mentor at Leaders Convention. TLT s NEED TO GRING THEIR COMPLETED LAB HOURS FORMS TO THEIR FIRST M&M MEETING! MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS If you have TLTs that play musical instruments encourage them to bring them. There are TLTs and Staff who are bringing guitars. We will enjoy playing, singing, and worshipping together. Events & when Club Director allows) PERMISSION & MEDICAL CONSENT FORM A completed PERMISSION MEDICAL CONSENT FORM must be on site for each person attending who is under 18 years of age. PETS No pets are allowed to be brought to the camp. PRE-REGISTRATION You must Pre-register for this Convention no later than January 14, 2019 by mailing or faxing the CLUB REGISTRATION FORM to the Pathfinder office as indicated on the form. You will pay the Registration Fees at the TLT Convention. You do not need to pay now. We must have your information by the deadline to plan for meals and workshop resources.
