UninCard / CampusCard In rder t attend training it is mandatry t pssess a UninCard r CampusCard. Fr UT- and Saxin-students: Yu can buy the UninCard n the website www.unincard.nl Saxin students needs t g t the desk in the Saxin building t buy the card. Fr UT-emplyees: Emplyees always pssess a CampusCard autmatically. Fr externals and alumni: Yu can buy the CampusCard at the desk in the sprtcentre. Prices and infrmatin can be fund n the website www.campus-card.nl Student Unin registratin and assciatin fee In rder t attend training at Arashi, it is mandatry t be registered at Arashi via the Student Unin and yu have t pay the assciatin fee. Yu can d this thrugh the fllwing steps: - G t dms.utwente.nl and lg in with yur accunt - G t prfile and then t Organizatins - Chse V.A.S. Arashi at Register with an rganizatin and click n save - Yur request must be accepted, this takes abut 2 days. When this is dne, yu can pay the assciatin fee ( Verenigingsheffing in Dutch) and buy the UninCard. - G t What s n ffer and click n Select rganizatin and chse V.A.S. Arashi. Knw yu can select the verenigingsheffing and the UninCard 2016-2017 and add these t yur shpping cart. Fllw the payment instructins. Cntributin Arashi The cntributin fr the seasn 2016/2017 is 75,-. Hwever, ne can btain an active member reductin t this fee, see the next page fr this. S-called spring members (enrlment after the 1 st f February) r winter members (unsubscribed befre the 1 st f February) nly pay half f this fee ( 37.50). Cllectin f the cntributin fees and fees fr given services is dne thrugh the payment apprval yu have given t Arashi upn yur subscriptin as a member. As a member yu may participate in all the sprts Arashi ffers. Everyne can train fur times befre yu have t decide. Cmmittees Activity-cmmittee: The activity-cmmittee rganizes special wrkshps, scial drinks and ther activities. With 3-5 thers yu weekly have a shrt meeting and rganize abut 2 activities per mnth tgether. In ttal this cmmittee uses apprximately 2 hurs per week f yur time. Further inf: activiteiten@arashi.nl Densh- and PR-cmmittee: This cmmittee makes the Arashi club magazine, the Densh. They als lk after the public relatins f Arashi by rganizing dems and distribute flyers and psters. Further inf: densh@arashi.nl Bar-team: The bar-team is the ideal way t gain experience behind the bar. It is a fun envirnment with ther Arashikas. Arashi gets mney fr the wrk dne in the canteen. Yu can indicate well in advance when yu want t perfrm a shift, the shifts are n average three hurs. Further inf: barmat@arashi.nl Cnditins membership V.A.S. Arashi 1. If a member becmes a member f V.A.S. Arashi befre Octber 1st 2016, he r she will purchase a UninCard als befre Octber 1st 2016. Shuld the persn in questin becme a member f V.A.S. Arashi after Octber 1 st 2016, the he r she will purchase a UninCard within a mnth f the date mentined n the frnt page. A member will ensure that he r she is in pssessin f a UninCard befre the first f Octber f every year he r she is enrlled. 2. In case the n the frnt page mentined member des nt cmply with the first cnditin, the bard is bliged t take actin. The assciatin has the right t charge all expenses resulting frm these actins t the n the frnt page mentined member. 3. Re-enrlment will cmmence autmatically as described in article 17 f the huishudelijk regelement. 4. The bard will hld the right t change the cnditins f enrlment at all times. 5. Fr mre cnditins see the fficial regulatin ( huishudelijk regelement ) and the statutes ( statuten ). The afrementined fficial regulatins are nly available in Dutch, please ask a bard member if yu dn t understand them. Actieve membership reductin Bard, Densh- and PR cmmittee, Activity-cmmittee and Barteam/Samurai members wh have wrked at least 4 times at the bar will get a reductin f 37.50. KasC, RVA, KIAI, Sprtc s, Webc s and Barteam/Samurai members wh have wrked at least 2 times at the bar will get a reductin f 18.75. The maximum ttal reductin is 37.50.
