Sheet fed and web printing Top quality colour printing supervised by experienced printers - masters of their craft - is of the same importance to us as precise binding and all services during realisation of your order. Based on type and size of the order, we use either sheet fed or web offset presses for printing. Higher image sharpness, drawing accuracy and depth See the difference with your own eyes With us you have got a choice. Choosing the raster can influence quality of printing significantly. This is why we offer to our clients printing using several types of rasters, including Specta 2 (650 lpi) hybrid raster. AM raster - frequency of 175 and 200 lpi* Approximately, these correspond to rasters with a frequency of 70 and 80 lines per cm Possibility of printing on almost all types of paper (except for very coarse surfaces) For all production types AM raster from Dainippon Screen - frequency of 370 lpi* Very fine raster with amplitude modulation In principle, it is an AM raster with the frequency of 145 lines per cm For all production types; it is distinguished by a very smooth raster areas and perfect sharpness of printed pictures The print is recommended for high-quality coated papers (glossy and matt) Spekta 2 hybrid raster from Dainippon Screen - frequency of 650 lpi* Very fine hybrid raster of the second generation (minimum point size 10 μm) 650 lpi screen ruling corresponds to an AM raster frequency of 256 lines per cm Compared to the classic raster, the print is distinguished by higher image sharpness, drawing accuracy and depth For all production types (colour images, details) including printing of solids Printing is recommended on high-quality coated papers (glossy and matt), for print on LWC and woodfree paper we recommend only 350 lpi screen ruling Production repeatability any repeated print remains always the same in color

Swiss brochure and Otabind Brochures Catalogues Minimum size: 75 x 111 x 2 mm Maximum size: 297 x 360 x recommended up to 25 mm The book is more flexible and easier to open Primarily suitable for publications with a smaller amount of pages Swiss brochure Otabind Swiss brochure The binding processing technology lies in applying hotmelt, where the back of book is glued over with paper or gauze and is not glued to the cover. The book block is then cased-in into a 3-score cover only by the back side. Swiss brochure Otabind With this binding method a gauzing strip is applied to the back of book. The cover is fixed in the front and back by means of the side glue. For cover scoring 6 scores are applied. Spine of the cover though is not glued to the spine of the book block. You get a very flexible spine and excellent layflat. Otabind
Saddle stitching Magazines Brochures Notebooks Minimum size: 80 x 120 mm Maximum size: 315 x 470 mm Signatures are inserted into each other and into the cover. For a permanent attachment of signatures and cover is wire stitching used. Next attachment variant of book block is fold-gluing. After cover and signatures are wire stitched, three-sided trimming follows. We offer also saddle stitching with eye rings for hanging into the binders.
