Lit Soc/Rhwng Saturday 1 Sadwrn WORD AND WORLD: a Creative Writing workshop with PAUL MATTHEWS How close up to the world and to each other can we get with our words? That is a question we will be carrying as we write together (collaboratively and individually, playfully and profoundly) on this May Day when spring is speaking so vividly to us through all her forms and colours. The day is open for beginners and the more experienced alike. May - Mai Paul Matthews has recently retired from his full time teaching at Emerson College, in Sussex. He has travelled with his work in USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Norway, Sweden and in the UK. His on-going explorations of the creative process are gathered in his books, Sing Me the Creation, and Words in Place (published by Hawthorn Press). He is the founder of Poetry OtherWise.
