ACCOMPANIST i. Orchestra Victoria provides an official accompanist, who will be available to all applicants on the day of the audition. If you wish to use your own accompanist, he/she must be available for the duration of the audition. If you are planning to use the official accompanist provided, direct contact should be made with the accompanist to arrange a rehearsal time. 3. RECORDED APPLICATIONS i. Applicants may submit a recorded audition; recordings must be audio and video. If you are intending to send recorded auditions, please send through your file electronically using wetransfer.com, dropbox, evernote or yousendit and provide a hard copy on DVD via express post. The file should be sent in one of the following formats: mp4/wav/iso. Recordings must be done in one take and the microphone and camera must remain in the initial position throughout the recording. Please note: DVDs must be accompanied by a notated list of the start time of each excerpt or they will not be accepted. ii. You must also complete the attached Recorded Audition Declaration stating that the recording has not been edited in any way, either by re-recording or by deleting false starts. The declaration should be signed by yourself and the recording technician/witness. You must provide your DVD or electronic file no later than 5.00pm AEST on Monday 23 January 2016. iii. GENERAL MATTERS i.
