There were some amendments that were adopted and are scheduled to take effect in Dec. 2018. You need a copy of the Rules that has those 2018 amendments. Here are your options: - First, the Rules are available free online. Some sites allow you to download or print the Rules (for example, http://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp). There is also an app that has the Rules.
