Only such ption of a statement that is not satisfactily suppted may be withheld from payment. Should any discrepancy be found to exist between actual payment and costs authized to be incurred by the Contract, the TTDC may add subtract the difference from any subsequent payments. The Contract shall thereupon promptly make any necessary crections, and thereafter the fegoing process shall be repeated. Any amount, which the TTDC has paid caused to be paid in accdance with this Clause in excess of the amounts actually scope 29 B.
