The dress is definitely different and more revealing than anything else Dusty was wearing at the time and I think she looks stunning. All the acts were colour co-ordinated in sort of bluey/green. For those who have the double issue DSB no.50/51, there's a full length b/w photo of Dusty with the Osmonds on page 45.
