In addition, you will find the revised rates for the Guaranteed Extra Boards and the Special Pay Differentials. The COLA increase is applicable to all classes of service. The $.15 per hour COLA increases the basic daily rate of pay by $1.20 (8 hr: x $.15/hr.) for each class of service. The over mile rates of pay, both regular and Article VIII over miles, are increased by $.0120 per mile as a result of the COLA. Meetings are planned to review the rate increases for the assignments operating under trip rates. A letter will be forthcoming in regard to this, if necessary. Please add these rate sheets to your files and call the Office if any further questions arise. Fraternally,
