Terms and Conditions Occupancy All rates are based on double occupancy. A single occupancy surcharge of $49 applies to rooms with one guest. Taxes Rates are subject to an 9.0% sales & bed tax as required by NYS. Deposit & Cancellation Policy Deposits will be fully refunded if cancelled within 30 days of the initial reservation. After 30 days, any monies applied to reservation will be offered a full credit, good for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. All monies will be forfeited if not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. For reservations created within 60 days of the arrival date, cancellations are offered a full credit, good for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. All monies will be forfeited if not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. For reservations that are created within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be credited for a stay within one year. Any cancellations within 24 hours, no refunds. DEPOSITS: Retail deposits are 30 % of the reservation. Minimum deposit is $200. Day passes pay in full at the time of the reservation. *Special terms apply to group cancellations please refer to your group contract for group terms Horseback Riding One free ride per person per stay up to 3 nights. 4-6 nights receives 2 free rides per person. Trail Rides for ages 9 and over. Junior Wrangler Lesson for ages 7-8. For ages 6 and under, one free pony ride PER DAY. Rides are transferrable within-your reservation. Ride tickets expire in one year. Pet Policy With the exception of Service Dogs that performs a specific task, Pine Ridge does not permit dogs or other pets as guests of the hotel. This policy serves to maintain the quality of our accommodations for all of our guests following extensive renovations. Emotional support dogs are not permitted. Reservations must be notified at the time of the reservation if you have a service dog. All paperwork, including vaccinations, must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. Alcohol To preserve our family-friendly atmosphere, no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on Pine Ridge property. Room Damages Guests are responsible for any damages done to the rooms. Smoking Per the NYS Clean Indoor Air Act, no smoking is permitted anywhere indoors at Pine Ridge Dude Ranch. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking has occurred in your guest room in order to restore the room to its original smoke-free condition. For the comfort of all our guests, please refrain from smoking within 50 feet of an entrance and dispose of butts in supplied butt cans.
