E-LIBRARY NATIONAL LIBRARY AS A PROVIDER SOLUTION AND ACCESS TO SCIENCE OF KNOWLEDGE

INTRODUCTION Applying information and communication technology in the library is mandated by Law Number 43 of 2007 Article 12 Paragraph 1 Collection of libraries is selected, processed, stored, served, and developed in accordance with the interests of users by taking into account the development of information and communication technology.

Article 14 Paragraph 3 states that every library develops library services in accordance with the advancement of information and communication technology Article 19 Paragraph 2 states that library development as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out based on the characteristics, functions and objectives, and carried out in accordance with the needs of users and the public by utilizing information and communication technology.
