ACE 10 Series Noted for exceptionally low motor noise, high starting torque and cool operation in a compact size, the ACE 10 series motor controller is ideal for 1/4-3 HP applications involving conveyors, fans, packaging machines and food processing. Select from three voltage ranges and three mounting configurations including a protected chassis IP20 for mounting in the customer s enclosure, a NEMA 4 enclosure IP65 for stand-alone indoor wash down applications, or with a DIN Rail mounting kit. All ACE 10 controllers are easy to program and utilize the latest microprocessor based IGBT technology to operate at selectable carrier frequencies up to 16 khz for dependable performance in a wide range of environments. ACE Controller Family Boston Gear introduces our newest family of adjustable frequency AC motor controllers _ The ACE Series. Four different series of controllers cover a horsepower range of fractional to 800 HP for both constant and variable torque applications. These controllers utilize the latest in IGBT technology for cooler and quieter motor operation and operate using either V/Hz, open loop sensorless vector (dynamic torque) or closed loop vector control.
