NOTES ABOUT THE CAST * * * JOHN RAE... local attorney, member of the Board of Supervisors, Ann Arbor Transit Company co-ordinator, and current Civic Theatre President, was last seen in "Teahouse of the August Moon" and "Guys and Dolls." TED HEUSEL... well known actor and director on the Ann Arbor scene for more than ten years, has been active in Play Production, Drama Season, Saline Mill Theatre, Arts Theatre, University Television, and now in fifth season as professional director of Ann Arbor Civic Theatre. Last appeared on stage for us in "Seven Year Itch." MAYME WALKER... a graduate of Alabama University, comes from Milan, Tennessee. She played the comic lead at Hunter Hills Theatre in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this past summer. CAROLINE ARBOGAST... a two-time winner of "best supporting actress" award at the University of Detroit, appeared in our "Mia Mine" last season. ERIK ARNESEN... a student at University of Michigan, played in "Tea and Sympathy" several years ago. JACK ROUSE... now au of M pre-med student, hails from Billings, Montana, where he spent four seasons in the Pioneer Playhouse Summer Theatre. He won "best actor" and "best character actor" awards for the State of Montana. ALLAN SCHREIBER... an Ann Arborite and a University of Michigan student played in "Mia Mine" and "Death of a Salesman." FRANK BRYANT... is making his first stage appearance. JULIAN STIENON... also appears for the first time on stage. PHYLLIS ESHELMAN... was last seen in "Death of a Salesman." CLAN CRAWFORD, JR... attorney, former City Councilman, recent Civic Theatre President, set designer and builder, proudly points to his acting experience: "one line in 'Hatful of Rain,' two lines 'Guys and Dolls,' twelve lines 'Visit to a Small Panet'."
