Hoeve, Pohanka's suppotes have aised questions on hethe o not the vote as legal and hethe the committee has the ight to emove an office. The committee voted to emove Pohanka because at the time of he election she as unde academic suspension fom Stony Book. Hoeve Stony Book Student Assembly Repesentative Gey Manginelli said accoding to the bylas of the Student Association, the vote as illegal. Manginelli said that not only as a quoum not pesent at the meeting, but the bylas state that only the full assembly can emove an office.
