Competitors entering Junior or Senior Concert Group Classes may, upon recommendation of the adjudicator proceed to Provincial/National finals. In the event that Concert Group Classes are sub-divided the winners of each subdivided class, providing they achieve a mark of 85% or higher, will proceed to a Playoff to determine the entrant in the Rose Bowl Competition. These scholarships range from $100 to $750 and are intended to assist and encourage students in furthering their musical career. Application forms are available at the Festival Office, on the first page of the 2009 Syllabus, or from our web site Forms that are illegible or incomplete will be returned to the applicant. An additional processing fee of $5.00 will be charged. Payment must accompany changes and be resubmitted by the date specified. 33
