Read the following text HONG KONG TAILORS The famous Hong Kong 24-hour suit is a thing of the past but you can still have clothes made in a few days. Today, prices are no longer as low as they were but they are often the same that you pay in your country; the difference, of course, is that a tailor-made suit will fit you perfectly and its quality is excellent. Tailors in Hong Kong will make almost any garment you want _ suits, cocktail dresses, shirts, even leather jackets. Many tailors offer a wide variety of cloth, from cotton and linen to very fine wools, cashmere, and silk. Hong Kong tailors are excellent at copying fashions. You can bring a picture or drawing of what you want and they will make an exact copy. You will need from three to five days to have a suit made, with two or three fittings. If you are not satisfied during the fittings, you must tell the tailor. Alterations are included in the original price, If, in the end, you still don t like the finished product, you don t have to accept it. But you will have to pay about 50% of the total cost before the tailor begins working. There are more than 2,500 establishments in Hong Kong. So you can easily find one. The most famous are located in hotel shopping arcades and shopping complexes. When a tailor has got your measurements, you can order additional clothing later, even after you have returned to your country. (Adapted from Reader s Choice)

The Sky City proposal consists of a building 1,000 metres tall (about three times the height of the Eiffel Tower in Paris) and 400 metres wide at the base. The building is made up of 14 dish-shaped levels placed one upon the other. To get around such a large building high-speed lifts containing up to 70 people will be used in the building and a small train will run around the roof. Engineers will test its security using Tokyo s fire helicopter to see what the danger will be if there is a fire.
