It s a company listed in the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa) and its shareholders controlling are the European Sonae Sierra (www.sonaesierra.com) and the Germany investor Alexander Otto. The company owns 9 operating shopping centers and manages one more from third parties, totalizing 474.7 thousand sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) and 2,103 stores.
