The safey conroller programs as a sub-node of he main machine conroller and he applicaion, asks, global variable liss, POEs and logic I/Os are also inegraed. This includes change racking, safe signal flow, safe versioning (pinning), and he separaion of safe mode and debug mode. FUNCTION BLOCK PROGRAMMING The safey conroller is programmed based of he a Funcion Block Diagram (FBD) via Safey Edior in IEC61131-3.
