rooms and pricing The Sanctuary $50/hour seats up to 200 Built in 1860 and renovated in the summer of 2016, the fully accessible Sanctuary awes from the moment one approaches the doors. Spacious with high ceilings, the light drenched Sanctuary creates a feeling of serenity. With its excellent acoustics, the Sanctuary has become a popular venue for music, theater, and spoken word performances. Because of its beautiful features and atmosphere, the Sanctuary also is often used for yoga, sangha, and meditation groups. A balcony seating area, comfortable chairs, and rows of pews provide enough space for large weddings and memorial services,. The Sanctuary seats 200. The Common Room and Other Spaces $35/hour seats up to 25 The Common Room, with flexible conference tables, comfortable chairs, and the ability to view videos or presentations on a large TV with laptop hookup, is perfect for meetings or small presentations. This versatile space has also been used as a dressing room for events, for childcare, and to watch movies or conduct film screenings. The Common Room seats up to 25. Please note there is a flat $25 custodial fee added to all rentals.
rooms and pricing The Gathering Room $50/hour seats 85 around tables or 125 standing or in chairs Renovated in the summer of 2016, the Gathering Room is large enough to host a banquet, but can also comfortably be arranged for smaller groups. Our most flexible space can be transformed for receptions, dinner parties, lectures, conversation groups, birthday parties, coffee houses, film screenings, and more. Tables and chairs are available for use and included in the price of the rental. You can also opt to rent our professional sized kitchen, complete with appliances and dishware, to serve your guests. The Gathering Room comfortably seats 85 around tables or 125 standing or in chairs. The Kitchen & The Sitting Room available only when also renting the Gathering Room all three rooms (Gathering, Sitting, and Kitchen): $80/hour The Sitting Room is a delightful and cheerful space for conversation with comfortable, intimate seating, low tables, and shelves full of books. Adjacent to the Gathering Room, the Sitting Room can also be transformed into an area to serve drinks and hors d oeuvres. The Sitting Room seats 20, and is included with the rental of the Gathering Room ( this space may not be rented separately). Please note there is a flat $25 custodial fee added to all rentals.
