Selet the sound mode Depending on the sound the hnnel trnsmits nd if your set is equipped with Nim, your will hoose between stereo or digitl sound unless you mke sound hoie. In se of wek stereo or digitl sound signls, due to the trnsmission, selet nlogue (digitl sound vilble) or mono. 4 Selet Sound ode in the menu SOUND with the keys V or W. 4 Press the keys C or to selet the preferred sound mode :. Stereo or ono if the hnnel trnsmits stereo sound. Digitl Sound or Digitl Sound vilble if the hnnel trnsmits digitl sound. Swith oudness on or off When oudness On is seleted, the low nd high frequenies re mplified so tht the nturl blne is restored when listening to low volume sound. The seleted setting for oudness is stored for ll hnnels. Selet Speeh When Speeh On is seleted, the treble settings re enhned nd the bss settings re suppressed. The seleted setting is for Speeh is stored for ll hnnels. Selet Sptil sound When Sptil On is seleted, it seems s though the loudspekers re spred further prt from one nother. You get sptil sound effet. The seleted setting for Sptil is stored only for the seleted hnnel. HEADPHONE Volume lne Soure Hedphone seletion See Connet Peripherl Equipment, p. 37 for the onnetion of your hedphone if you wnt to use it. 4 Selet Hedphone with the keys W or V nd press O. 5 The HEADPHONE menu ppers. 4 First selet Soure with the keys W or V. 5 Soure lights up. 4 Press the keys C or to selet the soure you wnt to listen to with your hedphone : Automti,, EXT1, EXT2, EXT3 or FRONT. 4 Selet Automti if you wnt to listen to the sound of the piture you re wthing on the sreen. The other subpges n be seleted in 2 wys : or y dding subode. The other subpge numbers pper in white s soon s the trnsmission hs found them nd they re stored in the memory so tht they re vilble while the teletext pge is on sreen. 4 Selet with the keys C or the previous or the following subpge. 4 Open the door of the remote ontrol. 4 Press m. 4 Enter the desired subpge with the digit keys : e.g. 3 for the third pge of seven subpges. 5 The serhes for the seleted subpge. 4 Press m gin in order to nel the subode. 4 Press m gin. 5 The informtion line with the vilble subpges ppers.
