CATALOGUE 1 PIANO FOR KIDS. GH 460 PER TERM OF 15 WEEKS This program has been specially designed to help children develop their art and skill on the Piano. MSS has over the years developed a curriculum that best helps children in learning piano. Children are introduced to the piano in a graphic and playful manner that ensures easy identification of Staff, Letter names, Treble and Bass clefs, etc. We pay attention to sight reading and proper finger works to ensure that the child acquires the right foundation. It takes over a year to solidly build a good piano foundation for further work. There are four foundational levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 & Level 4. Children are prepared to write ABRSM exams alongside what they learn from our curriculum. CONTEMPORARY PIANO(COP) GH 500 PER TERM OF 12 WEEKS Not everyone wants to play Hymns from the Presby Tunes Book! Learning to play the keyboard well and playing to satisfy other bandsmen is one of the most fun & satisfying things you can achieve. Learn to play the keyboard music of your dreams using chords & rhythm patterns & chord progression techniques! Contemporary piano is designed solely to help you improvise, and create the fun of playing music unrestrictedly. This is designed for the Charismatic Church Keyboardist or the person who wants to play gigs with a live band. You start with COP101 and by the time you get to COP301 you would have mastered the techniques, skills needed to voice the keyboard for any mood for any occasion.

CATALOGUE 2 CLASSICAL PIANO(CP) GH 500 PER TERM OF 12 WEEKS Classical music is the highest form of music known worldwide. The Classical piano course is designed to equip persons with the art of playing classical music and Hymns. Sight reading is the backbone of this course and it is meant for the church organists, and Choir Directors in the orthodox churches. You start by getting the rudiments of music right and you develop finger works through different kinds of scales and exercises. By the time you complete CP301, you will have gained all the techniques to play the Hallelujah chorus or any classical piece from Beethoven to Chopin. LEAD GUITAR (LG) GH 500 PER TERM OF 12 WEEKS Ever watched a lead guitarist blazing through a guitar solo, and wonder exactly how they do that? Lead Guitar 101 gives you the foundation to become that blazing guitarist. Lessons taken equip one with the skills to be a master of the instrument. It teaches improvisation, rhythm, scales as well as reading guitar notation. You will start your guitar career right by beginning your lessons in rudiments of music. Be able to interpret a lead/song sheet that has been sent to a band and ultimately learn to write your own lead sheet. Whether you aspire to CATALOGUE play in a live band or in a church, this program is for you. There are three levels LG101, LG201 & LG301. Don't call yourself a guitarist if you have not completed LG301.

CATALOGUE 3 BASS GUITAR GH 500 PER TERM OF (12 WEEKS) This course equips you with the basics of the bass guitar. Lessons are in the range of scaling, rhythm and improvisation. Our lecturers will take you through a step by step scheme to demystify the impression you have always underscored about the instrument. Learning bass is simple and fun. You will also benefit from our rich program that ensures that the basist is well grounded in rudiments of music. Whether you aspire to play in a live band or in a church, this program is for you. There are three levels BG101, BG201 & BG301. Watch videos, listen to pros and practice alongside all in a well resourced classroom. TRUMPET GH 500 PER TERM OF (12 WEEKS) Playing the trumpet is not difficult as people perceive. The course teaches how you move air through the instrument, the way you form your mouth and how you buzz your lips. By varying these skills along and mastering your valve combinations, you learn to control the sounds that come from your trumpet. Don't just learn the basics, move on to levels 2 & 3 and dare to make the difference in your band or church. DRUMS GH 500 (12 WEEKS) Perhaps you already know how to play the drums but are finding it hard to progress with your skills. Whatever the situation is, learning the essentials of this massive instrument is a must. There are a few lessons that need to be learnt in order to be able to play and practice the drums effectively. This course is designed for beginners and novices to help them play the drums effectively. By the time you handle the different levels, time signature and speeds in paradidles you can be confident to step into the drum world as a maestro. MUSIC THEORY GH 500 (12 WEEKS) Many people, big and small make their daily bread through music without knowing why they play or sing in D major. Music Theory 101 is aimed at singers, artistes, Choir Directors, Song writers, Instrumentalists, Students, Teachers, acquiring literacy in music in order to meet international standards. You begin with letter names and end with melody writing skills and Harmony lessons that will make you a sort-after musician anywhere in the world.

CATALOGUE 4 VOCAL TECHNIQUE GH 500 (12 WEEKS) Voice Technique is designed for the singer and the speaker. Make your voice sound more powerful, use vocal technique to expand your range and expression, and learn to become more confident in vocal performances. Overcome the myths of what to eat or not and be equipped with all it takes to prepare for a concert. Let your voice last you your life time. CHOIR DIRECTING GH 500 (12 WEEKS) This course is a must for Charismatic Choir and Orthodox Choral Conductors or Directors, Organists, Keyboard Players, Music Directors and upcoming music directors. The course teaches the score and tonic solfa notation, excellent and practical leadership styles, Choir Management Skills, as well as Knowledge of good stage craft. CHURCH TECHNICIAN GH 600 (12 WEEKS) For a modern church, power & sound distribution, equipment purchasing, maintenance procedures, recording and producing tapes & Cds, fault detection and basic repairs, making requisitions, projectors and screens are issues that must be handled by a professional. The Church Technician Course equips students with these plus more. STUDIO PRODUCTION FOR PC GH 620 (12 WEEKS) Don t just be an engineer, learn to understand what producers want. Learn how to create hit tracks and albums. Don t just record, produce what you record as well!

CATALOGUE 5 LIVE SOUND GH 700 (12 WEEKS) This course focuses on Public Address Amplification and speaker design systems. Students learn how to match passive and active systems for optimum performance. There are several applications using designs from various manufacturers. This course establishes a good foundation for a carrier in Live Sound Engineering. Get the principles of how your microphones and mixing console work. Get the basics of miking and amplification right to make the maximum from your existing equipment. You will learn more about amplifiers and speakers and learn how to configure active and passive systems for optimum performance. By the time you complete LS301, you will be familiar with all consoles - digital or analogue and will have trained you ears to listen in into frequency imbalances. This course is for the Church sound technician or someone seeking employment with a production or broadcasting house. PRODUCING MUSIC WITH LOGIC FOR MAC GH 520 (12 WEEKS) Logic is a very powerful and stable music production software. Though complex, it is the platform for serious music synthesis and gaming plus more. Understanding how to use Logic Pro will strengthen your technical understanding as well as heighten your overall creative abilities in music production.
