This document contains information on the status of payments for Parties 1996 and 1997 contributions to the core budget of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) as at 20 November 1997. Parties are listed in three tables as follows: 1. Parties that have paid both their 1996 and 1997 contributions; 2. Parties that have paid their 1996 contribution but not their 1997 contribution; and 3. Parties that have paid neither their 1996 contribution nor their 1997 contribution. 2.
